7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery more than once.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us.
Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package if the damage is significant.
- Take clear photographs of the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt with your order details and photographs.

Currently, we ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and process a full refund for any payment received for the undeliverable order.
